The Provost
The provost is the overall academic and executive head of the college who is bestowed with the responsibility for its day to day administration.
He is appointed by the Governor and is responsible to the council. The office of the provost is the domicile of the college Internal Audit, Students’ Affairs, Security, Works and Maintenance, Public Relations, Health Services, Quality Assurance and Academic Planning. The Provost is assisted by the Deputy Provost, who is appointed from among the most senior lecturers in the college. In a few years, the college will need the services of at least two deputy provosts, one to oversee academic matters, and one to assist the provost in central administration.
The Registrar
The registrar is the chief administrative officer of the college and is answerable to the provost. He is appointed by the council and serves as the secretary of council and academic board. The registry has three Divisions: Academic, Establishment, and council and Development. The Academic Division handles admissions, Examinations and Records. The Establishment has senior and junior staff Establishment. Council and development handless all Council matters. Each of these divisions is headed by a deputy registrar;

The Bursar
The Bursar is the chief financial officer of the college. He is also appointed by the council and is responsible to the Provost.
The Librarian
The Librarian is also appointed by the Council, and he heads the College Library, and is the custodian of all books and other collections owned by the College. He is responsible to the Provost.
